Welcome to the YOLO Emirates Adventures family. Please read this document very carefully and understand all terms and policies below before embarking on your trip with us. If you have any questions or inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us through the usual ways such as phone calls, email, or WhatsApp.

• United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
• Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay and American Express debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

The approved price for the trip

The trip price usually covers all activities and events mentioned in the itinerary, in addition to airport reception, hotel accommodation, breakfast, and ground transportation. For more details, please refer to the itinerary.

The following expenses are not included in the trip price

1. International travel tickets and travel insurance
2. Visa fees and all procedures
3. Fees for medical examinations and vaccinations
4. Personal expenses
5. Any other expenses or expenses not mentioned in the itinerary and program of the trip

Travel insurance

As one of your responsibilities, we strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance before traveling that covers event such as medical emergency, flight cancellation, or lost, damaged or stolen baggage. Please go through the details of your policy carefully and ensure you have a copy with you on the trip and make sure it covers some of the things mentioned above. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the insurance is suitable and appropriate for your specific needs.

Trip program

The itinerary is a guide and a trip plan, we will make sure it is followed, but in the event of any unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary that we change it to suit the current situation. Changes may be related to operating reasons, weather conditions, facilities, and transportation. We will continue to make your itinerary as convenient and as enjoyable as possible.

Minimum number of participants

Please note that our trips require a minimum number of participants depending on the destination. If the minimum number of participants does not participate, we have the right to cancel the trip. All participants will be notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the trip date.

Our responsibility

We will ensure that the trip program and arrangements we have agreed will be implemented with reasonable skill and provided to you with the highest levels of security and safety and only within the scheduled duration of the trip. However, it will also be your responsibility to ensure that you have enough skill and that you have all the travel information possible, and particularly the nature of your trip (whether it is an easy or challenging adventure). You hereby acknowledge that your decision to travel with us is made considering this information and agree that you are aware of the potential risks of such a trip.

Responsibility Clearing

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the nature of this trip, which may require me to engage in some activities and adventures that may be dangerous and require my full caution and caution. Thus, I absolve the organizing company and the trip leader under any circumstances from any direct or indirect responsibility for any circumstance to which I (or a member of my family) is exposed during or after the trip, as I am fully aware and aware that I bear responsibility for my decision to participate in this trip.

General cancellation policy

Foreign trips

1. Service booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment receipt and acceptance of the event terms and conditions.
2. In the event of cancellation 45 days or more prior the trip date, the booking fees (1000 AED) will be deducted. The balance will be refunded.
3. In the event of cancellation from 44 days to 30 days prior the trip date, 50% of the total ticket price will be deducted. The balance will be refunded.
4. In the event of cancellation from 29 days to 0 days prior the trip date, 100% of the total ticket price will be deducted.

Domestic flights

In the event of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be deducted.

Important notes

1. The responsibility for obtaining visas lies directly with the participant, and the company is not responsible for obtaining them for the trip participants.
2. The cost of transportation to and from the airport other than the main approved flight is not included in the price list.
3. When registering for a double room and no other person is available to participate by the registrant or by us, the registration classification will be changed to a single room and the trip price will be adjusted from the double price to the single price directly without consulting the participant with sufficient time before the trip date.
4. In the event of non-compliance with payment by the agreed upon dates, the customer’s name will be placed on the waiting list for the trip, which is a list of customers who are not confirmed to be registered for the trip.
5. It is prohibited to photograph team members without their permission.
6. Participants agree to adhere to safety guidelines provided by event staff during the event.
7. Participants agree to respect the country’s dress code.
8. Participants agree to safeguard the well-being of other participants during the event.

Privacy policy

By registering with us, you agree to the use of any personal information we collect from you for any purpose related to operating our flight, such as information about your food allergies, disability, medical information, passport information, etc. This information may be disclosed to our agents or service providers to enable us to perform our work and provide you with the highest possible comfort. Please know and be assured that we will maintain the confidentiality of this information from the company.

Participants are committed to providing accurate and correct information, including any health or dietary restrictions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants.

• All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• https://yolo-emirates.com will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
• https://yolo-emirates.com takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, (https://yolo-emirates.com/) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
• The https://yolo-emirates.com is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
• The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Yolo Emirates Investment reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time and to provide updated information to every adventurer.

COOKIES POPUP POLICY

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
