• “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All
disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment
• We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned
countries in accordance with the law of UAE’
• Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website
and shall not transact on or use the website
• Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

• PAYMENT CONFIRMATION Upon completion of the payment process, you will receive an automated
confirmation email containing the details of your transaction. This confirmation serves as proof of your
payment and the completion of the transaction. In case of any discrepancies or issues regarding the
payment confirmation, please contact our customer support team immediately for resolution. Kindly retain
this confirmation email for your records as it validates the successful completion of the payment process.
Welcome to the YOLO Emirates Adventures family. Please read this document very carefully and understand all terms and policies below before embarking on your trip with us. If you have any questions or inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us through the usual ways such as phone calls, email, or WhatsApp.
• The approved price for the trip
The trip price usually covers all activities and events mentioned in the itinerary, in addition to airport reception, hotel accommodation, breakfast, and ground transportation. For more details, please refer to the itinerary.
The following expenses are not included in the trip price
1. International travel tickets and travel insurance
2. Visa fees and all procedures
3. Fees for medical examinations and vaccinations
4. Personal expenses
5. Any other expenses or expenses not mentioned in the itinerary and program of the trip
• Travel insurance
As one of your responsibilities, we strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance before traveling that covers event such as medical emergency, flight cancellation, or lost, damaged or stolen baggage. Please go through the details of your policy carefully and ensure you have a copy with you on the trip and make sure it covers some of the things mentioned above. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the insurance is suitable and appropriate for your specific needs.
• Trip program
The itinerary is a guide and a trip plan, we will make sure it is followed, but in the event of any unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary that we change it to suit the current situation. Changes may be related to operating reasons, weather conditions, facilities, and transportation. We will continue to make your itinerary as convenient and as enjoyable as possible.
• Minimum number of participants
Please note that our trips require a minimum number of participants depending on the destination. If the minimum number of participants does not participate, we have the right to cancel the trip. All participants will be notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the trip date.
•Our responsibility
We will ensure that the trip program and arrangements we have agreed will be implemented with reasonable skill and provided to you with the highest levels of security and safety and only within the scheduled duration of the trip. However, it will also be your responsibility to ensure that you have enough skill and that you have all the travel information possible, and particularly the nature of your trip (whether it is an easy or challenging adventure). You hereby acknowledge that your decision to travel with us is made considering this information and agree that you are aware of the potential risks of such a trip.
• Responsibility Clearing
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the nature of this trip, which may require me to engage in some activities and adventures that may be dangerous and require my full caution and caution. Thus, I absolve the organizing company and the trip leader under any circumstances from any direct or indirect responsibility for any circumstance to which I (or a member of my family) is exposed during or after the trip, as I am fully aware and aware that I bear responsibility for my decision to participate in this trip.
• General cancellation policy
▪ International trips
1. Service booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment receipt and acceptance of the event terms and conditions.
2. As our distinguished customer, you have the right to cancel your reservation within 14 days from the date of registration, knowing that there will be a cancellation fee of 1,000 AED which will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method used during the registration process.
3. In the event of cancellation after 14 days from the date of registration, the amount paid is considered non-refundable and you have the right to transfer the paid balance to another trip valid for a period of 06 months from the date of cancellation.
4. In the event of cancellation from 45 days to 30 days before the trip, 50% of the total trip price will be deducted.
5. In the event of a cancellation from 29 days before the trip to the trip date, 100% of the total trip price will be deducted.
6. Upon approval, the company will initiate the refund. The refund amount will be returned through the original payment method (Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.). The refund will take place within 10 working days, depending on the company’s processing time and your bank’s policies.
▪ Internal activities
1. In the event of cancellation, 100% of the total reservation amount will be deducted.
• Important notes
1. The responsibility for obtaining visas lies directly with the participant, and the company is not responsible for obtaining them for the trip participants.
2. The cost of transportation to and from the airport other than the main approved flight is not included in the price list.
3. When registering for a double room and no other person is available to participate by the registrant or by us, the registration classification will be changed to a single room and the trip price will be adjusted from the double price to the single price directly without consulting the participant with sufficient time before the trip date.
4. In the event of non-compliance with payment by the agreed upon dates, the customer’s name will be placed on the waiting list for the trip, which is a list of customers who are not confirmed to be registered for the trip.
5. It is prohibited to photograph team members without their permission.
6. Participants agree to adhere to safety guidelines provided by event staff during the event.
7. Participants agree to respect the country’s dress code.
8. Participants agree to safeguard the well-being of other participants during the event.
• Privacy policy
By registering with us, you agree to the use of any personal information we collect from you for any purpose related to operating our flight, such as information about your food allergies, disability, medical information, passport information, etc. This information may be disclosed to our agents or service providers to enable us to perform our work and provide you with the highest possible comfort. Please know and be assured that we will maintain the confidentiality of this information from the company.
Participants are committed to providing accurate and correct information, including any health or dietary restrictions, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants.
• Update terms and conditions
Yolo Emirates Investment reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time and to provide updated information to every adventurer.

• السعر المعتمد للرحلة
عادة ما يغطي عرض السعر جميع االنشطة والفعاليات المعتمدة في خط سير الرحلة باإلضافة الى الاستقبال في المطار والسكن في الفنادق ووجبات الإفطار والمواصلات الأرضية بكافة انواعها. لمزيد من التفاصيل يرجى الرجوع لبرنامج الرحلة.
المصاريف التالية ال تندرج ضمن أسعار الرحلة
.1 تذاكر السفر الدولية وتأمين السفر
.2 رسوم الفيزا وكافة إجراءاتها
.3 رسوم الفحوصات الطبية والتطعيمات
.4 المصاريف الشخصية
.5 اي مصاريف او نفقات اخرى غير مذكورة في سير وبرنامج الرحلة
• تأمين السفر
كإحدى مسؤولياتك، نوصي بشدة بالحصول على تأمين سفر قبل السفر في حالة الطوارئ الطبية، أو إلغاء الرحالت، أو األمتعة المفقودة، أو التالفة، أو المسروقة، يرجى الاطلاع على تفاصيل وثيقتك بعناية واصطحابها معك في الرحلة وتأكد من أنها تغطي بعض الأشياء المذكورة أعلاه. تقع على عاتقك أيضاً مسؤولية التأكد من أن التأمين مناسب وملائم لاحتياجاتك الخاصة.
• برنامج الرحلة
برنامج الرحلة هو دليل وخطة الرحلة، سوف نتأكد من إتباعه، ولكن في حالة وقوع أي أحداث غير متوقعة أو ظروف قاهرة خارجة عن سيطرتنا، فمن الضروري أن نقوم بالتغيير بما يتناسب مع الوضع الراهن. قد تكون التغييرات متعلقة بأسباب التشغيل، والظروف الجوية، والمرافق، والنقل. سنستمر في جعل خط سير رحلتك بنفس المحتوى وقدر لاإمكان بنفس درجة المتعة
• الحد الأدنى من عدد المشاركين
يرجى ملاحظة أن رحلاتنا تتطلب الحد الأدنى من عدد المشاركين وذلك حسب الوجهة. في حالة عدم اشتراك الحد الأدنى من المشاركين يحق لنا إلغاء الرحلة. سيتم اخطار جميع المشاركين بالإلغاء قبل 30 يوماً على الأقل من تاريخ الرحلة.
• مسؤوليتنا
سوف نتأكد من أن برنامج الرحلة والترتيبات التي اتفقنا عليها سيتم تنفيذها بمهارة معقولة وتقديمها لكم مع أعلى درجات الأمن والسلامة وذلك فقط في حدود المدة المقررة للرحلة. ومع ذلك، سوف تقع على عاتقك أيضاً مسؤولية التأكد من أنَ لديك ما يكفي من المهارة وأن لديك جميع معلومات السفر الممكنة وبخاصة طبيعة رحلتك (إذا كانت مغامرة سهلة أو مليئة بالتحديات). وبهذا، فإنك تقر بأن قرارك بالسفر معنا يتم في ضوء هذه المعلومات وتوافق على أنك على دراية بالمخاطر المحتملة في هذه الرحلة.
• اخلاء المسؤولية
بتوقيعي على هذه الوثيقة، فأنا اقر بأني على دراية تامة بطبيعة هذه الرحلة والتي قد تستوجب مني ممارسة بعضّ الأنشطة والمغامرات التي قد تكون خطيرة وتتطلب مني الحيطة والحذر التام. وبذلك أنا أخلي مسؤولية الشركة المنظمة وقائد الرحلة تحت أي ظرف من الظروف من أي مسؤولية مباشرة أو غير مباشرة لأي ظرف اتعرض له (او أحد افراد عائلتي) خلال الرحلة او بعدها، حيث انني على علم ودراية تامة بأنني اتحمل مسؤولية قراري بالمشاركة في هذه الرحلة.
• سياسة الإلغاء العامة
▪ الأنشطة خارج الدولة
.1 يتم تأكيد حجز الخدمة عند استلام إيصال الدفع وقبول شروط وأحكام الفعالية.
.2 كعميل مميز لدينا يحق لك إلغاء حجزك في غضون 14 يوم من تاريخ التسجيل، علماً أنه سيكون هناك رسوم الغاء قدرها 1000 درهم إماراتي وسيتم استرجاع المبلغ المتبقي باستخدام طريقة الدفع نفسها والمستخدمة في عملية التسجيل
.3 في حالة الالغاء بعد 14 يوم من تاريخ التسجيل، يعتبر المبلغ المدفوع غير مسترد ويحق لكم تحويل الرصيد المدفوع الى رحلة اخرى صالحة لغاية 06 اشهر من تاريخ الالغاء.
.4 في حالة الالغاء من 45 يوم قبل الرحلة الى 30 يوم سوف يتم خصم %50 من إجمالي سعر الرحلة.
.5 في حالة الالغاء من 29 يوم قبل الرحلة الى تاريخ الرحلة سوف يتم خصم %100 من إجمالي سعر الرحلة.
.6 عند الموافقة، ستبدأ الشركة في استرداد الأموال. سيتم إرجاع مبلغ الاسترداد من خالل طريقة الدفع الأصلية (بطاقة الخصم/الائتمان، التحويل المصرفي، إلخ). سيتم استرداد الأموال في غضون 10 أيام عمل، اعتمادًا على وقت معالجة الشركة وسياسات البنك الخاص بك
▪ الأنشطة داخل الدولة
.1 في حالة الالغاء سوف يتم خصم %100 من إجمالي مبلغ الحجز.
• ملاحظات مهمة
.1 تقع مسؤولية استخراج التأشيرات على المشارك مباشرة والشركة غير مسؤولة عن استخراجها للمشاركين بالرحلة.
.2 تكلفة المواصالت من وإلى المطار بخلاف الرحلة الرئيسية المعتمدة غير مشمولة ضمن قائمة االسعار.
.3 عند التسجيل بغرفة زوجية ولم يتوافر شخص آخر للمشاركة من قبل االمسجل أو من قبلنا سيتم تغيير تصنيف التسجيل إلى غرفة مفردة وتعديل سعر الرحلة من سعر المزدوجة إلى سعر المفردة مباشرة دون الرجوع للمشارك وسيتم إبلاغ العميل بوقت كافي قبل موعد الرحلة.
.4 في حالة عدم الالتزام بسداد الدفعات بالمواعيد المتفق عليها يتم إدراج اسم العميل بقائمة الانتظار للرحلة وهي قائمة للعملاء غير المؤكَدين بتسجيلهم بالرحلة.
.5 يمنع تصوير أعضاء الفريق إلا بموافقتهم
.6 يوافق المشاركون على االلتزام بإرشادات السالمة التي يقدمها طاقم الحدث خلال الحدث.
.7 يوافق المشاركون على احترام قواعد اللباس في البلاد.
.8 يوافق المشاركون على الحفاظ على رفاهية المشاركين اآلخرين خلال الحدث.
• سياسة الخصوصية
بتسجيلك معنا فأنك توافق على استخدام أي معلومات شخصية نجمعها منك لأي غرض مرتبط بتشغيل رحلتنا مثل المعلومات الخاصة بحساسية الأكل لديك والإعاقة والمعلومات الطبية ومعلومات جواز السفر وما إلى ذلك. قد يتم الكشف عن هذه المعلومات إلى وكلائنا أو مزودي الخدمة لتمكيننا من تأدية عملنا والوصول بأعلى درجات الراحة الممكنة لكم. يرجى العلم والتأكد على أننا سوف نحافظ على سرية هذه المعلومات من قبل الشركة. يلتزم المشاركون بتقديم معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة، بما في ذلك أي قيود صحية أو غذائية، مما يضمن تجربة آمنة وممتعة للمشاركين.
• تحديث الشروط والأحكام
تحتفظ يولو الإمارات للاستثمار بالحق في تحديث أو تغيير هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت وتقديم معلومات محدثة لكل مغامر.
